Our Program at a Glance 

Program Overview

Our relational DBT program is multidimensional, sensory-aware, empirically validated with support from multiple peer-review evidence bases, and provides significant clinical support, with two weekly groups (Relational DBT and Mindfulness Practice), a monthly poetry & art sharing circle, and 2 intermittent coaching contacts.

This programming is all inclusive at $375.00 per month, with individual therapy fees arranged separately.

Program Overview

A. Individual Psychotherapy

Your individual therapist provides a dyadic container that scaffolds your group work and helps you thrive. Frequency is determined between your and your therapist and charged additionally to the group programming flat fee. Your therapist can be from Growth thru Change or arranged personally by you or GTC with an external provider of your choice.

Group work is shame-sensitive and affirming. Led by a relationally oriented psychotherapist & a trained philosopher.

C. Mindfulness Practice Circle

The 45 minute mindfulness practice circle is camera optional and open to all members of the DBT community at GTC.

E. Expressive Arts Circle

Biblio/poetry Arts Sharing Circle supports therapeutic exploration and expression, enhances self-confidence and self-awareness, and provides an opportunity to connect outside of traditionally spoken language. Read your journal work & poetry.; listen to others; share the moment together. Sharing circle is camera optional and open to all members of the DBT community at GTC.

D. Text & Phone Based Coaching Support

Working with our trained philosophers and our expert skills group facilitators by text, gain intersession support with planned and as needed coaching support.
