My Story
I'm director of clinical programming at Charlie Health, a virtual intensive mental health program with a relational psychodynamic focus and programming designed to meet you where you are, even in the midst of crisis, even if you're contemplating the worst. We offer identity-affirming care with tracks for neurodivergent-affirming, BIPOC-centered, LGBTQIA+ affirming care as well as general, inclusive tracks that welcome all. We're disrupting a broken mental health care system, and if you need assistance right away, check us out. If you live in one of our many service areas, we may be able to help.
Additionally, I am the chief consultant for the Relational Dialectical Programming at Growth through Change in Philadelphia, where we work in a neuroinclusive, LGBTQIA+ affirming frame to provide the very best in philosophically grounded relational dialectical programming in the context of our wider relationally focused psychoanalytic psychotherapy practice. Similar to my work with Charlie Health, I passionately support the GTC mission. We're an all-virtual, out-of-network program that specializes in meeting psychologically minded folks who want to work at depth. If you're in PA and looking for transformation through dialectical relational methods of connection, exploration, and connection, please reach out to see if our programming may align with your needs.
Where can you find me in person?
I work digitally and am based mostly in Vermont these days, working beside the Connecticut River, surrounded by mountains and plants.
When in Cambodia, you can find me at Village Dogs Sanctuary in Krang Ampil Village, where 9 dogs, 1 dog manager-gardening artist and one amazing puppy-food cook and carer work together with me to sustain a little dog village inside the village.
